1. What room types are available at Qingfeng Xuan?
Qingfeng Xuan offers only single rooms.
2. How big is the room?
The units range in size from 150 to 220 square feet.
3. What basic appliances and electronics are in the room?
The room is equipped with: a bed with a mattress, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas, a closet, a desk and chairs, air conditioning, curtains, a TV, an electronic door lock, and a room key card.
4. What shared facilities and amenities does the building have?
All three floors are designated as common areas, providing residents with a convenient space for leisure and entertainment and helping them expand their social circles.
The third floor features a self-service laundry room, a fitness center, a mini theater, a game area, and a multipurpose activity room.
The 4th floor features an outdoor terrace.
The building is equipped with 24-hour security and a closed-circuit television system to ensure the safety of residents and their property.
5. What are the nearby amenities like?
Austin Road is located in downtown Kowloon, between Jordan, Tsim Sha Tsui, and West Kowloon. It offers well-developed transportation, shopping, educational, and medical facilities.
Dining: The Jordan–Tsim Sha Tsui–Kowloon City area is a well-known culinary hub, dotted with Hong Kong-style tea restaurants, Japanese and Korean restaurants, Southeast Asian eateries, and Western-style cafes.
Daily Shopping: Within a 1- to 5-minute walk, you’ll find local supermarkets (Wellcome, ParknShop), import supermarkets (Fusion), shopping malls (Element, K11 Musea), convenience stores, farmers’ markets, banks, stationery stores, household goods stores, and package pickup points.
Recreational Activities: A 5- to 15-minute walk takes you to Kowloon Park (which features a sports center, swimming pool, badminton courts, and landscaped promenades) and the West Kowloon Cultural District (home to the M+ Museum, the Xiqu Center, and the waterfront promenade).
Reservations and Payment
1. When should I book a room for a year-long lease?
New guests can begin booking rooms for an annual lease starting in mid-August of the same year, beginning in June.
In addition, all available rooms are available for priority booking. Please feel free to contact our leasing specialists at any time.

2. What documents are required to book a room?
- Passport, Mainland ID Card, or Hong Kong ID Card
- University acceptance letter or student ID card (for students);
Proof of Income (pay stubs or employment contract, for currently employed individuals)
3. How do I sign the agreement?
- Signed in person
- Online Signing: We will email you the electronic agreement. Please complete the electronic signature using your computer or mobile phone, and return the signed agreement and pay the room deposit within 3 days.
4. What is included in the room rate?
The room rate includes:
